If you are unsatisfied with your order, Luna Aura is happy to offer full returns, less initial shipping charges, and a return label fee of $5. We accept returns as long as the tea has not been opened, and return shipping is buyer's responsibility within 30 days of shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
